Book Blogger Hop #2

It's Friday, and that means that it's the Book Blogger Hop at Crazy For Books.
In order to participate and for more information please click the above link :)

This weeks questions is:

"What is your favourite Halloween costume? Even if you don't celebrate it, what kinds of costumes do you like?"

To answer this question, let's just assume that I am American. "Hi my name is Taneika and I am American and love Halloween. I would love to dress up as Sailor Moon, because I have done so before, and let's face it - she's just awesome!"
To answer this question as an Australian. "Hi I'm Taneika and I am Australian. I don't know what the big deal about Halloween is but if I grew up in the US, I'm sure I'd love it... Again, I would probably dress up as Sailor Moon... but I remember I dressed up as Mrs. Clause for a Halloween party about 4 years ago... and on actual Halloween night, my best friend and I found a whole bunch of random stuff in her back room - these things including a giant Australian flag, a pirate flag, bunny ears, devil horns, a devil stick thing, glow sticks and fake blood. I wore the pirate flag, bunny ears, a single glow stick and the devil stick thing and went trick or treating at the 5 houses that actually participated..."

THAT would have to be my favourite Halloween costume... Because well, it's my only Halloween costume :)
Didn't I just look amazing??

  1. They don't have Halloween in Australia?
I know that Halloween gets celebrated differently in different places, and in different times. My grandparents played lots of "tricks" on Halloween, which I don't think most kids do anymore.

  6. *giggles* Seriously, you rock! I'm laughing so hard right now. Sailor Moon would be an epic costume. Seriously, you'd fit right in. If I was going to dress up, I think I'd do Cleopatra. Truthfully....I just want to wear a wig! :D

  8. I was just saying how I would be Sailor Moon if I could. When I was little my mom had bought my a doll, the little scepter, a necklace, and her outfit just for fun. I really could've used that *lol*

And for a made-up on the spot costume, the one you wore is a pretty good one. At least you participated! :)
