Overall:

"Yes, I have a driver’s license.”
I leaned back against the wall, sighing. “Man, that must be so cool.”
“It ranks right up there with lockers. In fact, sometimes I put my license inside my locker, and it’s so cool I worry that the whole thing might explode with the sheer coolness of it all.”
I read this a while ago but decided to write a blog on this considering I just bought Supernaturally (YAY :) ) and once I finish reading The Last Story, that’ll be up for review next :)

Okay, I don’t know how to start this… Paranormalcy is decieving, this is a perfect example where you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. So the cover is pretty, pink and generally looks too good to be true… Well, this book is AMAZING! Evie is the heroine all us YA readers have been searching for. Evie works for the International Paranormal Containment Agency (who knew huh?), has a pink taser named ‘Tasey’, whos best friend is a bleeping mermaid, can see through paranormal’s glamours yet all she wants is a locker like on her favourite show Easton Heights.

Okay, I could gush about Evie and how bleep cool she is for a long time but I’ll gush about how unique and loveable the other characters are instead. So Lish, the mermaid, Evie’s best friend, bleep she’s cool. Lend is bleep gorgeous, not stalker like, awesome and not a total bleeeep like Evie’s sick freak faerie stalker Reth (EW) plus he is ORIGINAL. Let’s play a game… Lend is…

a) Vampire
b) Ghost
c) Werewolf
d) Faerie
e) Fallen angel
f) none of the above

Answer is f, none of the above. Sorry but I recommend this book to anybody to will listen so read the book and you can find out for yourself :)
Okay, so I can’t say anything about the character’s apart from the fact their amazing. Sorry but I really can’t.

Apart from the characters, the story is completely original unlike every other YA you’ve read, there’s no stupid love triangle, Evie doesn’t make stupid decisions that get her in the worst situations and she actually has a personality and a hilarious one at that.

Ms White has done a wonderful job, the originality of the characters, the plot, the cover which is just SO deceiving…

Wow.You. Must. Read. This. :)
